Gift cards can be easily redeemed by customers using the booking calendar or through Frontdesk.
Redeeming Online: Gift card recipients will receive an email with a code that can be used during checkout on the Shopping Cart page. Customers will use the calendar to make their selection and enter the code at checkout to redeem the gift card.
The system will calculate the value of the gift card off the total price of the booking.
Important! Gift Cards do not hold a balance, so when used, it cannot be used again.
Redeeming through Frontdesk. If a customer calls or walks in to make a booking with a gift card code, you can add the code through Frontdesk. Click to make a New Reservation, enter the booking details, and add the Gift Card code in the field indicated in the Customer Information section.
To apply the gift card amount, select the Recalculate button from the Rate Details section. Save the booking.
