How do I view or edit the availability for my tours/activities?

To view availability for your tours and activities, you'll use the Schedules view of the Master Calendar.

To view, navigate to Frontdesk - Master Calendar, and click the link 'click here to view/change availability by schedule'.




On this page, you'll see a list view of of your tour dates/times by product and month.  

Actions you can take are:

  • Update availability by day/tour time by adjusting the No. units column.  This will only change the availability for that day only, and not affect other days.
  • View how many booked for a day in the Reserved column.  You can click the number in each box to see the bookings.
  • View % Reserved for each day as well as see how many spots you have available left for any given day/time.
